A complete German emergency dispatch center for FiveM. Fire brigade, EMS and police take emergency calls, create incidents with keyword and response plan (AAO), alert units by digital radio and pager and follow every vehicle live on the map. Units in the field work with realistic radios, status keys and pagers. Everything is set up in game, no SQL import and no restart needed.
Dispatch Center
- Workstations with roles – call taker, dispatcher, combined desk and supervisor, each with its own rights.
- Several dispatchers at once – a list shows who sits in which dispatch center, in which role and on which incident they are working. Open incidents show the initials of everyone working on them. If a dispatcher tries to alert a unit that a colleague just sent to another incident, the system warns first.
- Full-screen incident creation – location, keyword and alerting in three columns. Keywords as colored tiles by category, search with Enter, recently used keywords on top. Ctrl+Enter creates the incident.
- Live map – incidents, vehicles with route and arrival time, caller location, stations, objects and tactical signs. Right click to create an incident or send the nearest unit. The map can be calibrated in game with a few points so it matches your map exactly.
- Fire, EMS and police – several dispatch centers on one server, linked incidents (e.g. EMS ↔ police) and fallback routing if a center is unstaffed.
- Two designs – modern dark design or a classic bright dispatch layout, switchable per dispatcher.
Emergency Calls
- 112, 110, 19222 and direct numbers via RoadPhone, LB Phone or a simple
/112command. - Call handling – queue, hold, transfer, conference, call back, prank call marker and repeat caller detection.
- Location in two steps – radio cell first, then precise AML position.
- Structured interrogation – answer a few yes/no questions and the matching keyword is suggested. Includes telephone CPR guidance with metronome.
- Text emergency – if no dispatch center is staffed, the caller picks the type of emergency and the system creates the incident and alerts the right units automatically.
- Radio from the dispatch screen – dispatchers talk into the group with push-to-talk directly from the open dispatch center.
Alerting & Units
- Response plan by capability – the AAO asks for "fire engine" or "ambulance", not fixed vehicle names. Upgrading a keyword only adds the difference.
- Real driving time – suggestions use a road network of the whole map plus turnout time of the station.
- Alert by radio message, pager, station alarm and Discord – with navigation to the scene.
- FMS status with plausibility check, speech request, emergency button and remote commands from dispatch.
- Optional fully automatic alerting for servers with few players.
Digital Radio (TETRA)
- Handheld and vehicle radio with clickable keys, display, rotary knob and emergency button.
- TMO groups with job permissions and DMO with real range – out of range means you hear nothing.
- Status via the number keys, alarm messages directly on the display.
- Digital radio sound through a pma-voice audio filter, adjustable in the config.
- Like real radio – the display shows who is talking. A busy group cannot be interrupted, only the emergency button and dispatch have priority. A screensaver turns on after a while without radio traffic.
- Personal volume – every player adjusts radio, pager, dispatch and all system sounds (
/toene). - Emergency jobs only – players outside fire, EMS or police do not get a radio.
- Dispatch console – monitor groups, patch groups, individual calls, group messages, radio log.
- Drive and walk while using the radio – punching, aiming and shooting are blocked.
- Free position – every player places and scales radio and pager with
/funkposition.
Emergency Tablet
- One key for everything – F9 opens a rugged field tablet: radio, pager, man vehicle, dispatch, patient pre-notification, hospital monitor, emergency call, sounds and settings. Only the functions that fit your job are shown.
- Everything in one device – vehicle selection, patient pre-notification, hospital monitor and text emergency open right inside the tablet, with a home button back to the overview.
- Tap Alt to get the mouse for radio and pager, hold Alt to talk.
- Live overview of units on duty, manned vehicles, dispatchers and staffed dispatch centers.
Pager & Volunteers
- Digital pager with RICs and sub-addresses (alarm, test alarm, info) and scheduled test alarms.
- Response – "coming in X min", "later" or "not coming". Dispatch sees per station who is coming and with which qualification.
- Station alarm with gong, voice announcement and alarm printout.
- LB Phone app "Alarm" for volunteers.
EMS & Hospitals
- Patient pre-notification with patient code, triage category, infection and doctor escort.
- Hospital suggestion by department and driving time.
- Hospital monitor – staff see incoming patients with arrival time and close departments. Only hospital staff on duty and on site at their own hospital can use it.
- Emergency doctor request, patient transport scheduling and mass casualty incidents (MANV).
Police & Major Incidents
- Incident sectors and special situations (active shooter, hostage, threat, major incident) with prepared tasks.
- MDT interface – exports and events to connect your police MDT.
Statistics
- Response time with median, 90th percentile and target rate.
- Dispatch, turnout and travel time, incidents by hour, day and keyword.
- Incident report to Discord when an incident is closed.
